Generally, here's the schedule for the rest of summer:
Mondays: 6:30pm SUP yoga at Paul Miller Park in Perham
Tuesdays: 6am SUP yoga in Detroit Lakes on West Lake Drive & Rossman Ave.
& 'Yoga at the Barn' at Five Lakes Resort (land class...not SUP)
Every-other Thursday: 7pm SUP (blended fitness/yoga) in DL on W. Lake Drive & Rossman Ave.
Fridays: 7:30am SUP yoga in Detroit Lakes on West Lake Drive & Rossman Ave.
Saturdays: 8:30am SUP yoga on Boot Lake on Eagle Lake Rd in Frazee
To all SUP classes, layer work-out clothes over your suit (whatever you would jog in for the weather that day). For all Moonlit classes, please wear long-sleeves and long pants and bug spray. Always arrive at least 10 minutes early and plan on at least 15 minutes after class for paddling & moving equipment.
