Classes will start with the basics of standing on the paddle board, safety tips, stance, form, and paddle techniques.
Yoga sequences will be basic to start and will be adapted based on the comfort of the class.
Bring your yoga practice to the water for something different and fun! (Yoga experience is not required). Bring a positive attitude and look forward to trying something new! Please arrive 15 minutes before class to keep your reservation and help move boards to the water.

Paddle Fitness Classes

Workouts integrate speed paddling intervals, core work, and yoga on the stand up paddle board. If you like boot-camp-style classes...this is the one for you!
This class is great for building balance, coordination, endurance and body strength! It can benefit competitive and every-day athletes alike. Have fun out on the lake and get a great workout too! Please arrive 15 minutes before class to keep your reservation and help move boards to the water.

"Just Paddle" Classes
SUP just to SUP.
Not yoga, boot camp or anything fancy...just paddling!
If you are brand-new to SUP (stand up paddling) or if you are just wanting to get out and paddle with a group, this is your chance!
"Just Paddle" is a beginner-level class that will cover basic safety tips and paddling techniques. We will paddle from seated, kneeling and standing.
If there is interest to speed it up, we will "play" with speed intervals to simulate racing.
Bring questions and curiosity...I'll teach you what I know!

Please Note
There is a risk of falling in the lake during paddle board classes. Although the boards are fairly stable, participants may get wet.
Life jackets will be provided for all classes and rentals with the paddle boards.
Please arrive 15 min early to class.
Class sizes are limited.
